One Pan Chicken Fajitas.


Last week I made some of the yummiest and healthiest fajitas I have ever made. Usually I work on a skillet when it comes to fajitas. But that night I was so tired that standing up the whole time cooking seemed like hell on earth lol. So, I decided to bake everything on one single pan!

This meal was so easy, quick and delicious. They were filling and tasted so fresh! My entire family begged for seconds. There was even enough left for leftovers!

Make this ahead of time for work lunches! Or even freeze it, these reheated wonderfully!Recipe is below. Enjoy!

One Pan Chicken Fajitas

Serves 6
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 20 minutes
Total time 30 minutes

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1lb chicken diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 5 heaped tablespoons salsa
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 packet whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 packet mexican cheese


Step 1
Take all your sliced veggies and diced chicken and add them to the pan, each having their own section
Step 2
Sprinkle taco seasoning on everything. Salt and Pepper as well.
Step 3
Add big spoonfuls of salsa on each section
Step 4
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Step 5
Warm up black beans and tortillas when veggies and chicken cook
Step 6
When the veggies and chicken are finished take a whole wheat tortilla and add beans, onion, pepper and chicken.
Step 7
Sprinkle with cheese and a scoop of salsa. Wrap it up!
